Philosophy of Missions

Our desire is to plant, partner, and network indigenized expressions

of Christian youth ministry that fit naturally into their environment

without compromising the Gospel message.

The characterisics of an indigenized ministry are four-fold:
*  They are self-governed with local leaders acting as significant players in the decision making processes of the ministry

*  They are self-supported; being financially independent enough to ensure the ministry's long term financial stability apart from outside assistance

*  They are self-propagating with local leaders in the forefront proficiently evangelizing and promoting the ministry's cause within the context of its own community

*  They are contexualized, expressing themselves in ways that are culturally meaningful
